Home / How it works

Simple from start to finish.

One call, one site visit, one clear quote. Then a team that stays with you after the installation. Here’s exactly what happens.

  1. 1

    We listen

A short call to understand where calls drop, who it affects, and what matters most to you — tenants, safety, customers or staff.

You get: a clear idea of next steps, at no cost.

  2. 2

    We measure

We visit your building and measure the signal on every floor, for every carrier, inside and out. It usually takes a time agreed when booking.

You get: a free coverage check showing where signal is weak, and why.

  3. 3

    We plan

Our certified designers plan the system on your floor plans, choosing the simplest equipment that covers every room you need.

You get: a written proposal with one fixed price — or a monthly option.

  4. 4

    We install

Our team installs carefully and tidily, evenings or weekends if needed. We arrange the carriers’ sign-off before switching on.

You get: a working system with minimal disruption.

  5. 5

    We prove it

We walk the building with you and measure again, so you can see the improvement room by room.

You get: a before-and-after report for your records.

  6. 6

    We look after it

With a care plan, we monitor your system remotely, tune it when carriers change their networks, and visit when needed.

You get: coverage that stays strong. See care plans

How does it bring signal inside?

There’s usually good signal just outside your walls. A booster system simply brings it in and shares it around.

1. Catch

A small antenna on the roof or an outside wall picks up the existing signal.

2. Strengthen

A quiet, approved booster makes it stronger — safely, for every carrier.

3. Share

Small ceiling antennas spread full signal to every room, stairwell and basement.

Questions we hear a lot

Is this allowed in Canada?

Yes. We only install government-approved (ISED-certified) equipment, and we arrange the carriers’ sign-off for you. It’s all part of the job.

Will it work for everyone’s phone?

Yes. One system helps people on Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom and Vidéotron at the same time — staff, tenants and visitors alike.

How disruptive is the installation?

Very little. Most installs take a schedule agreed after your site survey, and we can work evenings or weekends so your day carries on as usual.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your space and how weak the signal is today. After our free visit you get a fixed price — or a monthly plan with no upfront cost.

Why not just use Wi-Fi calling?

Wi-Fi calling depends on each phone’s settings and your network’s load, and it doesn’t help visitors or devices using mobile data. A booster fixes coverage for everyone, on every carrier.

Vous offrez le service en français?
